When you submit our estimate request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and home address. We may also collect basic technical information such as your device and browser type and general location through standard web analytics.
We use your information solely to contact you about a solar estimate and related follow-up, to respond to your questions, and to operate and improve our website. We contact you by phone, text message, and email using the contact details you provide.
If you consent to receive text messages, we send messages related to your solar estimate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or the consent you provide with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our hosting, messaging, and customer-management vendors — and only so they can perform services for us. We may share a lead with a licensed solar installer or financing provider in order to prepare the estimate you requested; we do not share your mobile opt-in data for that party's own marketing.
